Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to someone else who may be in need of support.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee, which may be up to the full cost of the session. This policy ensures that our therapists’ time is respected and can be utilized effectively.

Missed Appointments

If you miss an appointment without any notice, you may be charged the full session fee. We value your commitment to your therapy journey, and maintaining regular appointments is key to your progress.

Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have to cancel due to an unforeseen or unavoidable event, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will handle these situations with compassion and flexibility.
