Exploring What Matters, Together

About me

Hi, I’m Luka, a psychologist with a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on psychotherapy. I’m drawn to this work because I believe in the value of honest connection and thoughtful reflection. I aim to create a space where clients feel safe to explore their inner world – at their own pace, and in their own words. With warmth, curiosity, and respect, I support people in moving through life’s complexities with greater clarity and self-understanding.

My approach

I see therapy as a collaborative process where each person brings their own wisdom, experience, and potential for growth. My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate presence and help create a space where insight and change can naturally emerge. I tailor my work to the individual, believing that therapy should meet you where you are – whether you’re facing something specific or simply wanting to explore yourself more deeply. I value openness, consistency, and creating a relationship based on trust, respect, and genuine care.

Specializations

In my work, I integrate evidence-based approaches, primarily from the cognitive-behavioral tradition, along with insights from client-centered therapy. My background includes training in ACT as well as a strong personal interest in humanistic psychology. I’m especially drawn to working with themes around identity, relationships, emotional overwhelm, and anxiety. These are areas where I believe therapy can offer powerful support, helping clients better understand themselves and build a life that feels more aligned and intentional.

Experience & Values

Alongside my clinical training, I bring research experience in ethics that informs how I approach therapeutic work. For me, ethics is more than a framework – it’s a lived commitment to integrity, responsibility, and care in every session. I’m dedicated to ongoing learning and to providing thoughtful, attentive support that honors each client’s unique story.

Mission

My mission is to make therapy feel approachable, meaningful, and real. I believe that we all benefit from having a space where we can be heard without judgment, reflect on what matters to us, and move forward with more clarity and intention. My goal is to offer that space – quietly supportive, deeply respectful, and open to whatever you bring.

Everyone, no matter who they are or where they live, deserves access to quality health care.
