Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable and that plans sometimes need to change. To ensure fairness and respect for both your time and the availability of our therapists, we have established the following cancellation policy:
24-Hour Notice
To support consistency in the therapeutic process and ensure that appointment times remain available for those who need them, we kindly ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
Missed Appointments
If you are unable to attend a session, please let us know as soon as possible.
Appointments missed without prior notice may be charged the full session fee, as the appointment time has been reserved specifically for you.
Emergencies and Unexpected Circumstances
We understand that illness, emergencies, and unforeseen situations can arise.
When circumstances are genuinely beyond your control, these situations will be considered with understanding, flexibility, and professional judgement.
